Describe the experience
It is quite flexible and generally easy to customize as per our needs. It is an excellent theme overall for a good price, and I would repeat the choice in a heartbeat. There are a few bugs that we pointed out many months ago (one even a year ago) that have still not been fixed, which I find frustrating.
We are very happy with our Out of the Sandbox Flex theme. The template options they have are well designed and they allows us to apply custom code wherever we like. The support is good and friendly. We would recommend everyone to use this theme!

We are using the flex theme and decided to use the mega menu's. They look great on the desktop. If we don't use mega menus we don't really like the desktop. So for desktop all our settings now are right.
However, the mega menu's don't function right on mobile. The mega menu opens all the sub-menus at once, next to each other and it looks very weird. If I disable the mega menu the menu on mobile functions as you would expect. With different layers and the correct layout.
So basically what we would like is to have the mega menu on desktop and the normal menu on mobile.
We have been in touch with support about this and this apparently intended behavior but we would like to give this as feedback because we really don't think it looks great.

Our returning customers are very loyal. We don't have a large marketing budget, so we need to focus on converting more organic traffic. LOVE the FLEX theme for its ease of use and flexibility.

I love the flexibility. I love that its robust in features and doesn't require a lot of apps to make it fully functional. I LOVE the clear documentation and support. I set it up myself. It's ideal from someone like me who doesn't have the budget to hire a web design firm but still wants a professional looking site.
I began with another OOTSB theme, Responsive. I am a fan of OOTSB. I switched to FLEX for its namesake; flexibility. I considered Turbo, but decided on FLEX.
