I love the responsiveness of the app developer when I have a question. They will do little tweaks for free even tho I offer to pay them :) I love that when I see the list of "tasks" that people can pay for to get their theme customized (from businesses such as Hey Carson) , I often find that I have them already built-in with Mile High.
