The Impulse theme of Shopify is being used on our website as the primary theme, our business is of products of art and luxury household products, so far our business has been going well, our target market is in India and we cater to an audience looking for high-quality household products.
Our experience with the Impulse theme has been good so far, we also faced some issues initially but when our developer reached out to their support we were helped out quickly, we definitely suggest people looking to build a branded website to check out the Impulse theme.
I'm a professional artist/painter who sells original paintings, art prints, events and commissions through my Shopify site. My business launched in 2020 but didn't gain sales until 2021. My target audience is professional women 35+ based in the United States.
I purchased the Impulse theme because I liked the layout and aesthetic. It also includes features like announcement banner and email pop-up, so I don't need additional Shopify apps. Although the menu layout is nice, it was a little difficult to set-up. One con is that I can't change the color of the Sale and Sold Out notification on products without editing code. Overall, it's a good theme but may require custom coding based on your needs.
Allow color customization without code for Sale and Sold Out product notifications.
Children’s clothing, reusables. Launched in August 2020, target market is grandmothers and moms of babies - 7 year olds. It’s going well. I wish I had more time for it.
It’s good! I love the look of it, very clean and easy to navigate. I’ve had many compliments.
I didn’t understand how some features worked and thought impulse would help. It didn’t solve the problems but I love the theme.
Women accessories, since 2015, stopped in 2018 and now planning to restart!
It's a cool fast theme. Could be better in product page details and in different layouts.
I set it up because I ve seen it in a friends shopify store.
We make bison apparel, socks, gloves, hats, etc.. have been using impulse for over a year, and our target market is 25-70 year old outdoors enthusiasts, has been quite effective.
At least for the moment, we love it. Very happy with it's mobile performance, which seems to be doing pretty well. I am not as excited about the page load speeds, but that might be other issues. I would love something faster, but for now, this is good.
We moved from Mobilia to Impulse, partly because of the menu features, quick view and a couple of other layout features. We had Sprucely Designed do the setup and customization.
I'm selling Chewma Protein Bites, a savory snack that's gluten and grain-free, low-carb and high protein. The site launched in early March and I just started getting orders. The target is the "whole foods mom". On the go moms who don't have time to stop for a meal.
The theme has clearly delineated blocks for different functions. While I am not the developer, I have been able to make some changes, such as increasing logo size on header, pretty easily. There are other areas that are a little more challenging to update such as the footer. I had to hire a developer because I was adding bundles and this required a third party app.
I selected this theme at the recommendation of a shopify developer. it's a good use case for a more limited line of products that are new to the market and require more images
