Boost 

My business Rich Pooch Boutique offers luxury dog accessories such as harnesses, collars, leashes, and poop bag holders. It originally launched in 2021, but we rebranded our business and products to better match the quality of the business name. Our target market is women between ages 20-60 and men between the ages 20-50.

I love how the theme gives me the ability to write my own code and customize certain parts of the website while implementing my brands theme. I have not experienced any additional resources or theme support, but I wish it was available so other people can have the support they need.

I do not have any ideas or insights that can help the theme developer improve the overall customer experience with the theme besides having more customer support and resources available

We're a sticker and stationery brand and love how well the Boost theme helps show off our products. The various carousels and galleries do a great job highlighting our goods and we've always had a good experience whenever we've needed any support for custom tweaks, new additions, updates, and so on.

I love how easy it is to customize most aspects of the theme; fonts, colors, etc. Our experience has been good and I think the only reason we'd plan on switching themes is if we wanted to update the overall appearance of our website to keep things fresh, hopefully there are some new aesthetic options to come!

I have no suggestions at this time, other than to keep adding functionality when possible, maybe make some graphical updates just to help keep things fresh for brands to help keep customers engaged.

We sell water jugs, water filtration systems, filter cartridges, and water bottles! We launched our website online so that we can create an online presence during the pandemic. Our target market are men and women from the ages of 30-65 who are health-conscious. Our website has helped our customers find us easily and made it easier for them to understand what our business is all about.

It has been such a smooth and easy experience to build this website, considering that this is the first website I have ever created! There was so much customer support and resources on the Shopify website that made it easy for me to get the answers that I was looking for.

I would suggest creating more free pages. I had to use multiple free apps to design my pages. I would prefer to use one theme for all my pages so that there is more unity.

I started using Shopify for my business in 2020. I create an array of products designed for babies and toddlers. My target market is any parent or caregiver wanting to purchase a gift for their own child or as a gift to an expecting parent. My Shopify sales have not been great but I also am managing all of the aspects in my own time as well as caring for my own family as a SAHM.

I love the ease of the design and the natural fun feel it has. So far it has fit into my ideas for website layout and has been fairly easy to figure out. I am far from an expert on website design so having this layout to learn from and grow on has been amazing! I love how easy it is to move things around and alter the layout to fit my specific needs.

I have not yet needed to utilize the customer service for this layout. It has been easy to use and adjust on my own. I appreciate knowing that there is customer service available if needed! The only thing I might change would be adding more color scheme options.

We are a baby brand selling developmental activity cards to new parents, grandparents, and caregivers. We're playful and fun and we love this theme for our business. We launched as a single-product business, but now have a full-fledged store so this theme has helped us grow and merchandize as we expanded.

We launched our business 3 years ago with this theme and have been impressed and pleased so far. We have had above-average conversion rates and did $1M+ in our first year in business. The theme is clean and nice and the developers have been very helpful. They were fast in the migration to online store 2.0 and their documentation is always clear and to the point. I've also reached out and received nice loom videos back with instructions so their communication is great.

I cant really think of anything here. They do a great job with documentation and customer support. They migrated to 2.0 very quickly. I've really enjoyed using this theme and would recommend to others

We greatly appreciate how easy it is to customize the Boost theme both through the visual editor and via coding changes. Our Boost theme is extremely customized, and I feel strongly that the basic structure of this theme really aided in our development process. We ran into a couple of small bugs in the base theme and the developer was very quick to help us solve them.

It would be nice to see Clean Canvas offer in-house customization rather than simply reverting to 3rd party services. Ultimately, they understand their theme architecture better than anyone, so it stands to reason they'd be the best at making changes.
