We are a disc golf store from sunny California that was founded in 2020. We sell disc golf discs and punk/skate inspired apparel for disc golfers. We have our own custom stamped disc golf disc designs and also sell all of the popular brands like Innova, Thought Space Athletics, Kastaplast, Axiom Discs, etc..

Overall the theme has been a delight to use. My only complaint is that the few times I have had to reach out to support for specific customizations it has taken a few days to get back to me. That was over a year ago though so I can't say that's still the case.

A live chat customer service functionality on your website would be awesome. Often times I have simple, easy to answer questions that wouldn't warrant an entire customer service email and it would be awesome to hop on chat and quickly get an answer.

I highly recommend Shopify expanse theme due to its ease of use and excellent design capabilities. This theme makes your store looks beautiful and has many built in features so no need of add on apps for the same and thus save monthly subscription charges.

Would prefer bigger size product tiles at least an option.

Online shop for fine wines. Our interest is primarily in special, perfectly crafted wines of high quality at fair prices. Selected wines for connoisseurs and beginners. Wines for more passion in the glass. Personal contact with our customers and producers is equally important to us. Glanzberg has been around since 2011. In 2018 we migrated to the Shopify platform, where we used the OOTS Turbo Theme. Last year, in May 2021, we switched from Turbo to Archetype Expanse.

Theme and support are fantastic. Many useful features are already supported out of the box, e.g. the numerous options for powerful promotions and cross-sell options are just fantastic; be it on the main page, in search, footer promotions or even in the shopping cart. I love the clean and very well structured code. All theme updates have worked flawlessly so far. I am also very excited about the great, fast and friendly support. The few small questions we had were answered perfectly. Fantastic to see that they also help with small tweaks and not just give the friendly hint to contact development partners. Here are some of the major tweaks we have implemented. Most of them thanks to support from HeyCarson. Perhaps there are some suggestions that Archetype will take up in an upcoming theme release. - Custom 404 page - Back to top - Display style for products with only 1 variant - Back to stock request - Show total cart value next to shopping cart icon - Show price comparison in shopping cart - Sticky button to add to cart on mobile - Special extra block to display product information taken from meta field values - Format changes for collection tiles - And more.

As a general feedback to every theme developer: Kick off activities to get in touch with users leveraging your theme … get an idea what theme tweaks customers applied to adopt the theme closer to their needs. Would also be a great opportunity, to maybe learn about legal requirements and best practices for certain businesses in foreign countries.
