About the Shopify business
We are one of Australia's leading Patchwork and Quilting e-commerce stores and have been trading since. We have a vast listing of over 3K products so the user experience and ease of navigation are key for my customers
Describe the experience
Overall I really like the Superstore theme. I spent quite a bit of time and effort on customizations as the default colors weren't in line with my brand but once set up it has been really good. If you don't have a tech/graphic design staff and want to customize it as well, allow 8-10 hours for this.

The biggest drawback with this theme is that whenever I run an update for it wipes out all of my customizations that have to be reworked. Needless to say, I don't do the updates very often as a result. Integration with my subscription service (Recharge) has also been a bit problematic at times but have always found the support staff to be really helpful
