There have been certain instances of buggyness with things like product searches and filters, but their support is typically quite prompt in addressing user issues. We've successfully used Dawn to prominently highlight our star products and ensure visitors to our store can quickly access our biggest sellers.

There have been times when text or other displays on mobile have not been as clean as on web, so perhaps there is opportunity for improvement there. Additionally, there has been a learning curve between vintage and 2.0 themes that I wonder could have been smoothed out with additional documentation.

I love how the theme looks professional and simplistic, it’s structured in a way where customers can shop or find info by just one click away on the home landing page. Additional resources that could be added is with the Contact and FAQ’s page, it can be more professional-like if more tools are added, such as a form/submission at the Contact page.

About the Shopify business
The store offers home decoration products to customers to make their homes cosy and aesthetically beautiful. It all started in 2022 when a couple from B Town in Germany was tired of the look and feel of their home. So, they decided to decorate it with a vibrant and unique collection of objects from a nearby store. This first initiative led to a chain of purchases. Soon they transformed their home into sweet heaven. They thought of creating their own brand of home decor products, after having worked for several years as employees of other companies. Their first product was a flower vase inspired by the Nordic lightweight design adding aesthetic value to the living room. It was this simple yet very innovative idea that led to the birth of Mellow!

Describe the experience
I use this theme to develop/debug the app that we serve to Shopify app store, This theme is mutable depending on the usecase of the task I'm working on. With dawn we saw the removal of liquid template files and the rise of 2.0 themes. I guess it's Shopify's way of moving forward by using json instead of liquid (which is lighter). Page load speed and fluidity were enhanced.

I think that my experience with the Dawn theme it's okay, especially because I'm starting out. It's pretty customizable as I was able to change the colors with the ones from my brand. Maybe my issue was that I was unable to pick a different format for a subtitle, just for titles and texts, as well as I need a little more customization on the Newsletter section. However, I'm okay with the rest of the aspects.

Please add format options for the subtitles and more features that we can edit on the Newsletter section. Also, I would like to know if tthere's a problem with the images as sometimes they load in a bad quality even if I chose square 1024 px size for them.

The Collage option needs to allow for you to include a link when you select to use an "IMAGE". I would like the Collage "image" to point to one my internal pages.
